At our online restaurant, orders are delivered in non-disposable and reusable packaging. We collect, clean and sterilise all containers after use, safe and ready for the next customer.

Collections are organised according to the client’s convenience, in a joint effort to minimise our environmental footprint. By avoiding disposable containers, we reduce landfill which contaminates our soil and rivers.

We are currently self-funding the collection process and logistics to kick start this initiative until our new project is fully functional.

In order to help us reach this goal, you will have the option to contribute with a small donation when placing your order online - this will allow us to create a new system which, we hope, will be adopted by more business and shared across different communities.

More About Our Reusable Packaging

After extensive research and careful evaluation, working alongside sustainable leader Kathrine Maceratta from Gaea Collaborations, we have selected reusable containers as our preferred delivery option because of their minimal environmental impact.

For this initial stage we are using glass containers with tight fitting natural bamboo lids. For the second phase, we are already working with ceramist communities and kintsugi artists to develop new pottery containers. The pottery process is mindful and celebrates the soil in the same way we like to celebrate food. In the future we’d love to marry both disciplines and crafts in a single cuisine experience.
